Will be JIOC-K’s primary liaison with Senior ROK intelligence leadership personnel to enable discussion and bilateral decision-making concerning intelligence transformation, ROK intelligence reform, and intelligence C4I interoperability. Coordinate to ensure proper translation and interpreters with ROK agencies for all meetings and briefing involving JIOC-K US personnel. Shall assist in the development of automated Korean to English and English to Korean tool on JIOC-K’s CF Korea network. Advocate for JIOC-K's vision for combined intelligence operations with key leaders throughout the ROK intelligence community. Shall be the primary advisor to the JIOC-K Chief of Operations and the Chief of Transformation concerning ROK intent and ability to achieve transformational and interoperability objectives. Support all JIOC-K Divisions requiring meeting or support from the ROK intelligence community by establishing contacts and meetings with the correct ROK points of contact. Shall ensure ROK compliance to meet deadlines through repeated contact and coordination with the ROK action officers. Serve as e primary liaison with ROK JCS and CFC staff Intelligence elements and be able to coordinate all real-time intelligence issues.
•8+ years of Intelligence Analysis experience
•Bachelors degree or specialized training
•Must be a Korean National and provide translation/linguistic capabilities
•Shall have sufficient influence and access to senior ROK intelligence personnel to engage directly with key GO/FO on issues requiring senior decision making
•Shall have expert knowledge concerning the organization of the ROK Intelligence Community to include detailed knowledge of the staff and agency functions and purpose to ensure access and coordination with the correct organization
•Shall have expert knowledge of the theater's combined intelligence networks and organizations
•Shall have expert knowledge of the theater's intelligence assets and collection capabilities
•Active/Current TS/SCI security clearance verifiable in JPAS
