Description

Title: Senior CI Analyst 
Clearance: TS/SCI CI Polygraph 
Location: Mclean, VA/Bethesda, MD

Minimum Requirements

Responsibilities 
Will support both McLean and Bethesda locations
Conduct research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence on a variety of different computer systems and databases to support the ODNI’s CI and InTh programs.
Actively maintain knowledge of current trends, issues, and policies, and vulnerabilities of current and evolving technologies that create a potential CI or InTh concern; use this knowledge to regularly produce finished materials for the ODNI workforce, based on a needs assessment by the corporate CI staff.
Produce assessments on Foreign Intelligence Entities’ (FIE) operations, foreign denial and deception, information operation, counterespionage and economic/industrial espionage, technology protection and illicit technology transfer, investigations support, SCRM, support to research development and acquisition, and critical asset protection.
Produce assessments of current threats and trends based on high-level collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information.
Inform the corporate CI staff of trends with potential CI and insider threat implications for the ODNI. 
As directed, support and complete other ad hoc responsibilities within the scope of the task order in order to assist the CI program office with meeting its mission, goals, and obligations.
Provide a weekly report of accomplishments toward performance of requirements, as identified by the corporate CI staff.
As directed by the corporate CI staff, serve as technical team or task leader and participate in special projects within the scope of the task order. 

Desired Requirements

Required Qualifications 
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience conducting research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence on a variety of different computer systems and databases.
Experience with production in at least one of the following areas: Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) operations, foreign denial and deception, information operations, counterespionage and economic/industrial espionage, technology protection and illicit technology transfer, investigations support, SCRM, support to research development and acquisition, and critical asset protection.
Demonstrated experience conducting CI analysis and interaction within at least one of the following disciplines: Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), or denial and deception.
Experience with analytical tools and methodologies such as link analysis, time lines, causal-loop analysis, and risk management analysis.

Desired:
Demonstrated CI analysis experience in the IC. 
Work Schedule
You are required to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.  Core work hours are 9:00 am EST to 3:00 PM EST.
