Architectural Engineering Analyst
Location: Bethesda, MD
Clearance: TS/SCI Required 
Polygraph: CI Polygraph Required 

Required Knowledge I Skills I Abilities 
Applicable degree(s) :Computer Science,Economics, History, International Affairs, Intelligence,International Relations,International Business,Linguistics (focus/concentration in Russian,Korean,Hebrew, Chinese, Arabic, etc.), National Security, Terrorism Studies, Political Science or Psychology.
Demonstrated relevant experience/expertise supporting U.S. Government in Central Asia, Korea, or Middle East analysis, and experience with Data Analytics, Operations Research,Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, Security, Cyber security, Engineering,English, Forensic Accounti ng,Telecommunications, or Physics.
Ability to recognize all relevant information and produce objective assessments,free of any bias and be pertinent to client needs.
Extensive skills in both written and oral communications.
Extensive architectural engineering skills,including construction analysis,with concentration on the IC and/or Department of State (DoS) in evaluating physical, technical,procedural,counterintelligence and countermeasures .
Seven years of professional design review experience.
Experience managing and applying processes I standards for secure Federal facility project planning,blocking and stacking,design,and construction.
Thorough knowledge of DoS and IC security standards for secure construction,vaults, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, and Post Communication Centers.
Demonstrated experience applying certification processes and authoring Congressional notification memos for facility design and construction under the DoS and the IC.
Demonstrated experience using USACE ProjNet, DoS SMARTsearchMS SharePoint, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Tools.
Demonstrated experience with design review digital viewers, including Autodesk DWG TrueView and Adobe XI Pro.
Ability to perform periodic travel both domestically and overseas, as required.
Strong written and verbal communications skills. Desired Knowledge I Skills I Abilities:
Ability to work independently and as part of project team.
Experience interpreting and applying Dos and IC correspondence,policy and technical publications (ICD 705, 12 FAH-5, 12 FAH, 6,Overseas Building Operations (OBO), International Code Supplements).
Project/Program Management Tracking experience.
Demonstrated experience with State Department proprietary classified and unclassified project management systems, (ProjNet).
