PDPC Security Coordinator






Provide support to Mission Essential Operations Department and PDPC Operations/Security Team. 


Responsible for all pre-deployment processing requirements at the PDPC.


Assist with managing CI screening and Polygraph processing, scheduling and procedures
Complete all pre-deployment security processing requirements
Assist in tracking and providing reports on linguists and staff in reference to deployments to the CRC
Read and interpret Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)
Prepare and submit weekly Fingerprint and Release Roster to INSCOM
Responsible for the security processing of 2-20 candidates weekly
Ensure the following tasks are completed accurately and on time: Fingerprinting, SF 86 Processing, SF 86 Final Reviews, CI Document Processing
Conduct final quality control checks of all PDPC Security packets
Conduct Pre-CI Screening and CI Polygraph Briefings
Conduct the following Collateral Briefings (OPSEC, Defense Travel, Notification of Foreign Travel, Foreign Government Information and Reporting Responsibilities)
Perform Security Indoctrinations and Debriefings
Prepare weekly SF86/HireRight submissions to INSCOM
Prepare weekly validated CI Screening documents (SF86, Pre-Nomination and HireRight) to MS
Prepare training plan for new employees for the PDPC Processing Team
Train all new personnel on the PDPC Processing Team
Update Policies and Procedures to support the PDPC Processing Team
Perform other duties as assigned


Must have proficiency with Excel and data entry  
Ability to perform fingerprinting
Advanced skills in communication
Must be able to work in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment
Must be flexible and able to work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma
One to two (1-2) years of experience
Computer literacy in M/S Office to include Excel

Desired Requirements

•      Experience with JPAS, e-QIP and SCI processing is recommended
Experience working with DISCO, Army CCF, OPM, and DSS is highly desirable
An understanding of industrial security processing and procedures is recommended
