The Project Manager shall assist in maintaining developing, planning, implementing and/or coordinating JIOC-K/USFK J2 intelligence projects through the lifecycle process. The Program Manager shall coordinate respectively with CIO-K or other ISP’s on all IT and C4ISRsystem or Information Management projects. The Program Manager shall coordinate and track USFK J2 and JIOC-K’s consolidated annual projects providing update of statuses on work completed to date and analysis/risk assessment. The Program Manager will be responsible to coordinate planning documents required to execute programs and projects through the requisition/contracting and execution process; research capability gaps and assist in drafting initiatives enhancing U.S. and Combined capabilities for data sharing and dissemination. Shall perform market research and document the best three to five solutions and associated costs to support each initiative. Participate in VTC’s concerning assigned projects and provide VTC notes; organize and facilitate transformation conferences and working groups. The Program Manager shall coordinate with USFK J2 Security on planning and executing Construction Security Plans and supporting Site Security Representatives and Site Security Managers. The Program Manager will assist in scheduling and conducting weekly project/requirement status meeting with key managers, project/requirement sponsors and insure that each requirement is aligned to the Combined Intelligence Guidance, DIA Strategy, USFK and PACOM.
•4-8 years of Intelligence Analysis experience
•Bachelor’s degree or specialized training
•PACOM experience specifically with Korea is highly desired
•Oral and written fluency in Korean at a DLPT level 3 required
•Active/Current TS/SCI security clearance verifiable in JPAS
