Mission Essential is currently seeking an OSINT Trainer to provide instructor and course management support to enable the relevant organization’s employees to maximize individual OSINT collection capabilities, including formal training courses, semi-regular training workshops, one-on-one desk side assistance on tools, tradecraft and techniques, and other training events as needed.
The successful candidate will develop and help improve training materials to supplement existing courses and organizational learning objectives, and as such should demonstrate proficiency at the facilitation of classroom learning, along with the use of OSINT collection tools and techniques. He/she should remain informed of and provide awareness about trends and developments in OSINT collection, DOD OSINT policies, and the global digital communication infrastructure.
•A Bachelor's Degree in any field and at least 1 year of experience teaching OSINT tools and techniques OR a high-school diploma and at least 2 years of experience teaching OSINT tools and techniques.
•At least 1 year of experience and/or certification in training or adult-education within the military or the Intelligence Community.
•At least 3 years of experience in the Intelligence Community as a service member, civilian contractor, or government civilian.
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
•Active TS/SCI clearance required
