Description

Mission Essential is currently seeking the candidates to
serve as Reports Officers to support an operational and
analytical program for an Intelligence Community customer
in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities
include writing and editing intelligence reports as well as
conducting research using various Intelligence Community
(IC) databases to complement and produce the highest
quality intelligence report possible. May be expected
to establish, support, manage, and/or expand liaison
programs. Will be expected to develop expertise in the
client’s functional mission areas and may be asked to learn
and apply subject matter expertise on key regional issues.
A $1,000 referral incentive will be paid for
any referred candidate that Mission Essential employs on this program.

Minimum Requirements

Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance with
polygraph
• 3+ years of experience writing and editing intelligence
reports
• Experience with intelligence reporting policies and
procedures
• Familiarity with DoD and/or IC reporting standards
• Experience using various Intelligence Community
databases
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer
proficiency
• BA or BS Degree
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge of one or more of the following transnational
disciplines helpful: counterterrorism, counterintelligence,
counterproliferation, cyber-intelligence, or regional affairs
• Excellent written communication skills
• Must be flexible, willing to learn, and have a desire to grow along with the client

customer – specific experience in the category for which the candidate is being submitted. Education equivalency cannot count as part of
this experience.
5 Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 years relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree) and 20 or more years of legacy program
customer – specific experience in the category for which the candidate is being submitted. Education equivalency cannot count as part of this experience.
