Description

Mission Essential is currently seeking Counter Intelligence
Officers to support an operational and analytical program
for an Intelligence Community customer in the Washington
Metropolitan Area. Counter Intelligence Officers support
the development of operations and collaboration between
IC members. They Investigate complex issues using a
broad range of research methods and tools; research and
analyze all-source intelligence information; identify risks
associated with activities, facilities, or use of technology;
develop targeting packages; support debriefings; engage in
targeting studies and case reviews; support collaboration
with customers, colleagues, management, and partners in
the IC and private sector; and share lessons learned.
A $1,000 referral incentive will be paid for
any referred candidate that Mission Essential employs on this program.

Minimum Requirements

Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance with
polygraph
•  Knowledge and understanding of the Intelligence Community’s operational mission
•  Experience drafting and disseminating intelligence products, including cables
•  Experience working with operational and analytical tools and databases
•  Ability to prepare and deliver effective briefings
•  Ability to work well on a team or independently
•  Foreign field experience from at least two PCS tours or equivalent extensive TDY experience
•  Certification in intelligence operations tradecraft
•  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or five years of relevant work experience)

and 1 or more years of work experience related to the requirement

and 3 or more years of work experience related to the requirement
3   Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 years relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree) 
and 7 or more years of work experience in the category for which the candidate is being submitted. 
Education equivalency cannot count as part of this experience.
4   Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 years relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree) 
and 12 or more years of legacy program customer – specific experience in the category for which the 
candidate is being submitted. Education equivalency cannot count as part of this experience.
5   Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 years relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree) 
and 20 or more years of legacy program customer – specific experience in the category for which the 
candidate is being submitted. Education equivalency cannot count as part of this experience.
