Description

Mission Essential is seeking Intelligence Professionals
to provide Interagency Operational Planning (IOP) to
assist DoD with supporting USG activities. Tasks include
but are not limited to; conducting baseline assessments
of CTF cells and analysis on how to support the stated
mission goals and program objectives; providing ongoing
mission planning and requirement integration; creating the
strategic framework and plan for the cell; synchronizing
meetings, as required, including the documentation and
dissemination of tasking’s and coordinating lines of effort.

Minimum Requirements


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•  Minimum of Associate’s in area of expertise or related discipline AND demonstrated 
investigative, verbal and writing skills AND 3 to 10 years of experience in BOTH the area of 
expertise AND working independently or as a group member.
OR
•  Demonstrated investigative, verbal and writing skills AND 4-14 years of experience in BOTH the 
area of expertise or related discipline AND working independently or as a group member.
•  The “Experienced” level typically performs work independently and may supervise or manage a 
small
number of junior / apprentice level personnel.

Desired Requirements

DUTIES:
•  Provide Interagency Operational Planner (IOP) SMEs to assist DoD with supporting the following 
USG activities:
o  Assist DoD with coordinating and managing technical analysis and operational business processes, 
such
as strategic and operational planning, training, operations, and customer support.
o  Establish repeatable processes to support DoD stakeholders, and supporting the strategic 
planning necessary to draft, review, revise, and deliver documents identified within individual 
subtasks and T/O SOW paragraph 3.1.10.
•  Assist DoD in supporting the USG with providing key milestone and activity information for 
strategic planning efforts and tasks, providing updates to DoD leadership.
•  Support DoD activities to review and integrate private sector best practices into operations, 
and to share information among DoD, USG, and private sector partners, as appropriate.
•  Conduct baseline assessments of CTF cells and analysis on how to support the stated mission 
goals and program objectives.

Provide ongoing mission planning and requirement
integration.
•  Create the strategic framework and plan for the cell.
•  Synchronize meetings, as required, including the
documentation and dissemination of tasking’s and coordinating lines of effort.
