Senior A-ISR/SME (Full Spectrum Operations)





Job Description

Mission Essential is seeking Sr. A-ISR SME with proficiency or the ability to gain proficiency in all Mission Modes. He/she provides on-shift technical guidance, training, and mentorship to Sr. and Jr. COLOPs, while being conversant with all roles on the PSW contract. He/she functions in parallel to and in support of the Senior Mission Manager, while serving as the primary point of contact for contractor operations within the SIGINT room. The A-ISR SME ensures mission compliance with SOPs, oversees contractor functions, assists with professional development, and supports the OIC by assisting in developing and/or improving existing TTP’s, understanding policies/CONOPs for effective implementation into operational workflows, and providing consistent coordination and sensor operation as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

       16 years of Specialized hands-on experience supporting tactical, strategic, and operational SIGINT operations, with special emphasis in the following discipline

       At least four (4) years hands-on experience in either Collection Management, Collection Resource Management, or Collection Operational Management, AND

       At least four (4) years hands-on experience working in a Joint Operational Environment, AND

       At least six (6) years hands-on experience in either Technical or Product reporting

       At least ten (10) years hands-on experience either teaching, certifying, or operating  tactical airborne/ground/seaborne systems


       Within the last 10 years, experience with multi-aperture Joint and/or Second Party Partners Aerial-ISR platforms, and their applicable tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), AND

       Experiencing either drafting or executing sensor-specific on-the-job-training (OJT), work role specific job qualification standards (JQS) certification, and developing lesson plans for the development of formal Program(s) of Instruction (POIs)

       Within the last 10 years, experience operating at least one of the following: RACEHAWK, TRIPLEHEADER, DRT Series, TNG, SMITE, STINGRAY, KINGFISH, BLACKFIN, WARIO, TRANGRESSIONS, ArcGIS, ALASKA, WINDJAMMER, and GARUDA

       Education: HS diploma


Highly Desired Qualifications

       Previously APG or STG Mode I, II or III Instructor/Operator certified;

       Experience supervision and/or employing a two-way interpretation, transcription, and translation (ITT) workforce

       Formal training and demonstrated proficiency in an operational critical language dialect

Desired Requirements

Clearance: Top Secret/SCI w CI POLY. All applicants must be able to obtain a VARS account and obtain certification on an operationally relevant Mission Mode, if not already in possession of a current certification

PSW will be a 24/7 operating contract and shift work
