IBS provides global dissemination of time sensitive Indications & Warning and Force Protection Data to Warfighters conducting military operations around the world.  Joint Service and Collaborating Nation IBS Customers require 24/7 access to report and resolve issues in a timely manner to mitigate impact to operations. We serve a vital role in supporting the IBS Joint Program.  We provide continuity in skills crucial to support military operations.  IMT integrates the talents and skills of team members to form an IBS Enterprise Support Services Team to provide world class IBS Customer support.   

The Strategic Planner position will serve as direct support to the Executive Agent (EA). The IBS EA provides oversight and guidance for requirements and resources, adjudication authority for all IBS Enterprise plans, policy, support and sustainment issues, provide oversight to USAF and USA acquisition executives (AEs) and overseeing the IBS Implementation Plan. Frequent interaction with the IBS Program Office (PO), Service AEs, Global IBS Support Center (GIBSSC), various support contractors and Joint Service users will be required. The position will also provide direct support to the IBS EA Staff to include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
  • Plan EA activities and projects
  • Ensure all EA projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organizations established policies and objectives
  • Assist with managing EA corporate activities
  • Support development and implementation of policies developed within the EA
  • Perform other duties as required 

Minimum Requirements

  • Security Clearance: MUST have a minimum of TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
