Description

Mission Essential is currently seeking Collection Specialists to provide strategic, operational, and/or tactical collection support in the “front end” of the Intelligence Cycle in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and/or one or more collection disciplines, e.g. Human intelligence (HUMINT), Open source intelligence (OSINT), and/or Document and media exploitation (DOMEX).  ISR includes but is not limited to Signals intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery intelligence (IMINT), Measurement and Signature intelligence (MASINT). The successful candidate must be able to apply knowledge of INT-specific techniques, collection methods, and tools as required.

 

Minimum Requirements

·         Level 1: Bachelor’s degree, OR Associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience

·         Level 2: Master’s degree, OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience

·         Level 3: PhD, OR Master’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience

·         Level 4: PhD and 2 years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of relevant experience

·         Level 5: PhD and 4 years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience

·         At level 4, may supervise lower level analysts, but must review work outputs of lower levels. At level 5, supervises, manages, and reviews work outputs of lower level analysts.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

·         TS/SCI Clearance w/ polygraph


Desired Requirements

·         At all levels, demonstrated experience operating in a multi-INT fusion environment is strongly desired.
