Balkans All Source Analyst





Shall support the intelligence directorate in performing and managing tactical and operational analysis, with emphasis on intelligence support to the Balkans countries (Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Hungaria, Romania, Kosovo and Macedonia) and the surrounding AOI. Shall research all-source reporting to produce predictive and current finished intelligence products, coordinate all analytical products, and support national level organizations and theater staffs for dissemination across tactical, operational and strategic environments. Shall employ analytical methodologies in accordance with Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tradecraft standards that reduce uncertainties concerning the Balkans, to include textual, cartographic and imagery- based products that communicate intelligence to decision makers regarding current and future disposition of forces. (A REFERRAL FEE OF UP TO $3,000 IS OFFERED FOR THIS POSITION. Minimum Requirements

  • Requires All Source Intelligence experience with relevant knowledge of the Balkans AOR:
  • Junior = 2-3 years
  • Mid-level = 4-6 years
  • Senior = 8+ years
  • Bachelor’s degree or specialized training
  • Experience writing all-source intelligence products with knowledge of Joint, DOD and NATO regulations and publications and an understanding of the U.S. Intelligence Community and USEUCOM theater operations is required
  • Must have a firm understanding of the intelligence tasking, processing, production, exploitation and dissemination processes
  • Must be knowledgeable of databases and software programs used in the DOD intelligence environment
  • Must be able to convey factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Active/Current TS/SCI security clearance verifiable in JPAS
  • Must have or be able to pass a CI polygraph.
