Description

Provide plans support for theater peacetime and contingency operations and plans, to include regional/geopolitical considerations that intersect with other countries in the EUCOM AOR as well as in the AFRICOM and CENTCOM AORs. Support the intelligence directorate in performing and managing strategic and operational analysis and production with an emphasis on intelligence support related to EUCOM planning efforts.  Research all-source reporting to produce predictive and current finished intelligence products, coordinate all analytical products, and support national level organizations and theater staffs for dissemination across tactical, operational, and strategic environments.  Act on established Europe analysis and production priorities when tasked by the QAP, identify sub-tasks, integrate all JAC intelligence products with other products, and coordinate with external agencies.?  Develop RFI responses.?  Identify intelligence gaps and requesting solutions via the collections process. Engage associated organizations for intelligence planning support and coordination. Analyze and fuse reports from multiple intelligence sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT) to provide intelligence preparation of the battlespace, target development, and early warning of emerging threats. Minimum Requirements

  • Experienced in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
  • Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development.
  • Demonstrated application of advanced SIGINT reporting, e.g. the use of STI, unusual tearlines, Post-Publication actions, RFIs, etc
  • Familiar with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and demonstrates incorporating independent research to enhance reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to independently discover reportable information within office workflow tools.
  • Level 4 Qualifications:
  • At least 20 years’ experience related to job description, NSA facility preferred.
  • At least 12 years demonstrated experience specifically within TAR.
  • At least 2 of the years of experience must have been within the last 5 years.
  • The candidate must also demonstrate the qualifications for a Skill Level 2 of at least one of the following LCATs: TDNA, SGA or NEA
  • Experience in drafting and/or editing for release finished, serialized SIGINT product reports Ability to author reports based off simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic.
  • Knowledgeable of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.
