Description

Mission Essential is currently seeking Trainers. An ideal candidate will have a strong background in Joint Deployable Intelligence Support Systems (JDISS) products including infrastructure, Global Command and Control System (GCCS) I3 and/or Collection Management Mission Applications (CMMA) and training material preparation and presentation.  Travel will be required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides system administration and operator training for JDISS products, applications, and services
Coordinates training activates and ensures training requirements are met for JDISS JPO and customer personnel
Develops and maintains training management plans and course curricula
Develops and implements instructional materials including on-line and computer based training capabilities
Develops training scenarios
Develops interactive tools and techniques for distributed, on-line training
Prepares and provides presentations and conducts demonstrations of JDISS products, applications, and services.
Supports JDISS functional testing and operational evaluations for new and emerging system capabilities
Provides operator troubleshooting and customer support
Performs support in accordance with JDISS JPO and customer standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Must Haves):
HS Diploma
8 years of directly related system level UNIX or Windows IT system support, system operations, and training experience
JDISS product experience
Top Secret clearance, based upon a SSBI, current within the past five (5) years 
Ability to achieve CompTIA Security+ certification

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Nice to Have):
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
3  years of directly related JDISS product support experience
Software development for Windows or UNIX systems
SQL-based system experience
Router, VOIP and VTC system configuration and management
Knowledge of ITIL
CISSP, CCNA, MCSE, MCITP, CCIP, ITIL v3 certifications
