Description

The Site Manager will serve as the liaison between the contract employees and the Government requiring activity primarily focusing on all personnel & operational readiness issues associated, ensuring that the Government's priorities and mission requirements are met. This position will provide operational site management support to Mission Essential and all Sub Active and Passive operators at Ft. Gordon, GA.  

Ensure that all specific mission contract and resource requirements are met (manpower management).
Conduct daily /weekly meetings with the Customer and assigned employees to ensure that all requirements, as defined in the SOW and performance standards are met. 
Communicate new requirements, concerns and issues to Mission Essential CONUS Program Manager for resolution. 
Coordinate employee onboarding, off-boarding, or changes in status.
Conduct employee INDOCs (NH, all training (operational and administrative).
Provide operational directions to contract employees. 
Coordinate operator scheduling and travel.  
Ensure that contractors adhere to Customer and company specific policies, procedures, and standards of conduct. 
Ensures that all contractor adhere to scheduling requirements. 
Effectively address any operator management issues that arise. 
Oversee mission processes that involve contract operators both from a manpower management and from a limited technical operational perspective.  
Technical operational management includes ensuring that operator skills meet mission requirements and tracking their qualifications on tailored AIS applications and that each operator is working diligently to produce professional work products in terms of quality, quantity, and format. 
AIS data inputs (SCOPE and Share folders).
Coordinate Surge, manning shortfalls, or changes (this occurs 24/7).
Provide Accountability and Operational reports.
Coordinate with employees and customer elements for scheduling and travel. 
Ensure that necessary health, morale and welfare requirements are met. 
Ensure that operators adhere to customer regulations and standards. 
Ensure that operators adhere to scheduling requirements as defined by the Customer. 
Effectively manage issues that may arise (24/7 basis).
Provide a weekly picture of the contract activities, achievements, and performance to the Program Manager. 
Assist the Program Manager in the day to day operational functions and initiatives as directed.
Track, analyze and monitor all operational data and training requirements for employees and prepare briefings for presentation of this data.
Work closely with other Site Managers and the Program Manager (other Operations Departments, Finance, Human Resources, and Security personnel) to ensure issues are resolved and communicated.
Assist in tracking and maintaining all employees in a consolidated database.
Monitor and track recruiting efforts for all position vacancies.
Assist in establishing and maintaining SOPs for all processes and procedures.
Liaison with staff to ensure processes and procedures are fulfilling all requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned

Must be willing to work shifts and weekends as required consistent with mission operations and manpower management.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years recent SIGINT experience preferably involving 
        SIGINT operations, along with considerable mission management, 
        personnel management, and employee supervision experience. 
Must be cleared for TOP SECRET with access to Specialized 
        Compartmented Information. 
•      Active TS/SCI security clearance. 
Must be able to successfully complete both counterintelligence and full 
        scope polygraphs when requested.
Strong analytical skills.
Must be available 24/7 to the customers and employees.
Detail oriented team player with strong communication skills.
Positive outlook and ability to work in fast-paced, complex current 
        operations environment
•      Extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Excel, 
       Word and Power Point. 


Desired Requirements

A bachelors degree or 7 or more additional years experience working as or 
        with SIGINT operators
CAPM/PMP certification or working toward it.
